Please note that these are estimated arrival times. We do not guarentee on time delivery due to the current global pandemic. Weekends and public holidays are not included. Kenneth René is not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by a customer. If you purchased and your order says delivered but you did not receive it then let us know and we will do a thorough investigation to see where it went and see what we can do but we do not guarantee a solution if the problem is with the post office. Due to the Coronavirus (COVID-19)  shipping times are not guaranteed as we cannot control the existing conditions. We are not responsible for arrival dates or delays as this information is accessible to every customer via our shipping info page, FAQ page, and Track order page. Most tracking numbers update within 3 days of your order being shipped but If you do not receive a tracking number email us at customers.kennethrene@yahoo.com so we can check your order status and we will get back to you within 24-72 hours with an update!

Some Common Shipping Questions:

  • What does "label created not yet in system" mean?

That your orders shipping label has been created and has not yet reached the post office. This does not mean it was not shipped. All orders have to go through multiple facilities before reaching the post office and once it reaches the post office usually tracking info will update.

  • What does "Pre-Shipment" Mean?

This means that your order is in transit to your country. Once it reaches your country tracking info and maybe an expected delivery date will update.

  • Where can I find my tracking number?

When an order is shipped you will be sent an email with tracking information. If you don't receive an email or tracking number email our customer service team.
