Return Policy / Exchanges
Kenneth René wants you to be delighted everytime you shop with us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Refunds are ONLY given in certain circumstances. To be eligible for a refund your order must be defective or you recently placed your order within 24 hours. If you are not happy with your products then you have 48 hours after receiving the product to contact us to be eligible for a refund. In this case you will have to send back the products to us once we contact you back. You will be responsible for the shipping fees to send us back the products and your orginal shipping you paid will not be refunded. Only the products price will be refunded. Do not send us back the products until we give you instructions through email. We will refund you once we receive the products back to us in their original condition. This means no stains, rips, scents, missing tags etc.
Items purchased during promotional sales (More than 30% off) along with sale items cannot be exchanged or returned.
If you miss the 48 hour window for a refund you will be ONLY eligible for an exchange. To be eligible for an exchange or replacement, your item must be unused, tags on, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Kenneth René offers exchanges and store credits. We accept exchanges on all items within 7 days of the delivery date. You must contact us first within these 7 days. After 7 days you will not be able to receive a exchange or refund. Exchange requests outside of the grace period will not be accepted. The item/s must be in original condition. Not worn, unwashed, or altered in any way. Shipping costs are non refundable. If we do not receive your exchange within 30 days of your delivery date, you will no longer be eligable for store credit, and we will send the item(s) back to you.
All items discounted, $25 and under section, size mixed, or purchased on sale are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. If you purchase using the BOGO Free promotion you can only exchange ONE of the suits, not both. *ALL BLACK FRIDAY/CYBER MONDAY SALES ARE FINAL
Once we have approved the exchange we will issue you a electronic store credit, which can be used to re-shop in the amount of the item exchanged. If your electronic store credit is less value than the new item you are purchasing, you will be asked to pay at checkout the difference in price owing. If your exchange coupon is more of value please email email@example.com with your order number after you have made your new purchase, so we can issue you with a new coupon for the amount owing to you.
To begin the process to exchange an item please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and reason for exchange.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Our exchange policy only applies if the below terms are met:
- If you wish to exchange a size or product you must contact our exchange team within 7 days of recieving your purchase.
- Returns cannot be submitted without contacting customer service first (email@example.com)
- To be eligable for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you recieved it. Your item/s must be in the original packaging, with tags and hygiene labels still attached. If these terms are not met your item will be sent back to you.
- Exchanges are not accepted on sale items.
- Items bought during the buy one get one free sale are only eligable to have one out of the two bikinis exchanged.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. We are not responsible for any bikinis being lost when sent to us for an exchange.
Replacements (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org
Recieved a faulty or damaged item?
If you receive a faulty or damaged item send us an email with your order number and a picture of the damaged item and we will send you a replacement of the exact item. The policy for this only lasts 7 days after the item is received, so in order for you to receive a replacement you must email us within the first 7 days of your delivery date.
