How can I track my order?
-If you did not receive a tracking number then please email us at customers.kennethrene@yahoo.com and we will check your order status. Most tracking numbers can be checked through USPS.
Can I make changes to my order such as address change?
- Yes, if you contact us in the first 24 hours after you placed an order. If you contact us after this time period then you will have to go through USPS for the address change.
How can I can cancel or return my order? Will I receive a full refund?
- Unfortunately once an order is placed we are unable to cancel or make any changes to the order. If your item has been shipped then you will have to see our Return Policy Page for more details.
Where's my tracking number?
- Your tracking number will be updated in 2-5 business days after your order ships. You can find it in your orginal confirmation email you received when you purchased or your shipping confirmation email! 
How long does processing orders take?
- Due to the Coronavirus (COVID-19) and post offices worldwide delaying orders processing times will be extended to 2-5 business days and shipping times are not guaranteed as we cannot control the existing conditions. For more information see our shipping info page!

Why is my tracking number not updating?
- For US orders we use USPS to ship orders and they are usually slow with updating tracking info but once it reaches your state it usually updates quickly and gives you an expected delivery date! For international orders your order will update based on your countries local post times and customs.
