Is your website safe?
- Yes, if you read Our Story then will see that we are a verified and trusted website by many partners such as Google, Shopify, and more. You can learn more about our Guaranteed Safe Checkout on Our Story Page as well. 
Is my information kept private and safe?
-Yes, we don't receive any of your payment info. We only receive your address to ship your swimwear to and your email if you signed up for future promotions. 
How can I track my order?
-If you do not receive a tracking number then Email us on and we will check your order status. Most tracking numbers can be checked through USPS.
Can I make changes to my order such as address change, or swimwear color or size change?
- Yes, if you contact us in the first 24 hours after you placed an order. If you contact us after this time period then you will have to go through USPS for the address change.
How can I contact you immediately?
- If your problem is urgent please Dm us on Instagram and we will get back to you as soon as possible!
How can I can cancel or return my order? Will I receive a full refund?
- You can cancel or change an order up to 24 hours of placing the order. If you would like to cancel your order then email us your order number and name and we will cancel your order for you and you will receive a refund in the form of store credit. Also if your item has been shipped then you will have to see our Return Policy Page for more details.
Where's my tracking number?
- your tracking number will be updated in 5 days after your order ships. You can find it in your orginal confirmation email you received when you purchased or your shipping confirmation email! 
How long does processing orders take?
- Due to the Coronavirus (COVID-19) and post offices worlwide delaying orders processing times will be extended to 5-10 business days and shipping times are not guaranteed as we cannot control the existing conditions. For more information see our shipping info page!
How long does shipping take?
- Like we state on every product page, our track order & shipping info pages our current shipping times are about 2-4 weeks depending on your location for our Free standard shipping method and 4-8 days for our express shipping method!  In most cases your order should get to you in about 2 weeks! 
Why did I not receive a tracking number?
- In rare cases if you do not receive a tracking number contact us asap by Email and we will get you your tracking number. Sometimes if there is a delay, or if we need more information from you before shipping your order this can result in you not receiving a tracking number.
Why is my tracking number not updating?
- For US orders we use USPS to ship orders and they are usually slow with updating tracking info but once it reaches your state it usually updates quickly and gives you an expected delivery date! For international orders your order will update based on your countries local post times and customs.
